HIIT

HIIT which stands for High Intensity Interval Training, is a style of workout that is more structured around cardiovascular endurance and calorie burn. A main benefit of HIIT workouts is the ‘After-Burn Effect’, which continues to burn calories long after you finish working out yielding greater results.

HIIT-STRENGTH

HIIT-Strength classes are structured in a way that will improve strength, build muscle, improve technique, and speed up your metabolism. Classes are designed to prioritize building muscular strength and power through the use of a range of equipment from dumbbells, TRX, kettlebells and barbells.

SWEAT

Same benefits as your typical HIIT workout, but a level up–with an emphasis on cardio and keeping your heart rate high.

YOGA

Suitable for all levels of fitness–our yoga classes are essential to your emotional, physical and overall wellbeing. For more information on the benefits of Yoga at MALOHI, click here.
